Sara is a complicated part of Stevie Nicks and Mick Fleetwood at one time they were a couple and the relationship ended when Fleetwood began to see Sara who was at the time Stevie Nick’s best friend.
As far as the unborn child of Henley and Nicks, Stevie was said to have told anyone who would listen that should they have a child and it was a girl then it would be most definitely called Sara as the name had always had special meaning to her.
