Never Before is from the Cold Chisel, 1980 album East It was written by Ian Moss
The Cold Chisel Album East peaked at number 2 on the Australian Charts and was the biggest Australian album of 1980 and spent 63 weeks on the charts. It was the only Cold Chisel album to chart in America and reached 171 on the billboard charts.
Jimmy Barnes wore a headband in the clips for most of the album and on the album cover. He purchased the headband in Japan and later realised he wore it upside down.
